3. For entry qualifications and subjects to be attempted, please refer (New Syllabus) .

5. Choose the appropriate Examination Level

      i. Professional Diploma I - Certificate in Procurement & Supply programmes.
      ii. Professional Graduate I - Diploma in Procurement & Supply programmes or non-procurement degrees.
      iii. CPSP I - Bachelor Degree in Procurement & Supply programmes e.g. BPSM, BPLM etc.

6. Documents to be attached

      i. Birth Certificate. (Copy should be certified)
      ii. Passport Size (Clear With Blue Background)
      iii. Next of Kin Details
      iv. All Academic certificates (Copies Should Be Certified)
      v. Employment Details (If Employed)

3. For registration criteria in each category, please refer (Membership Registration Criteria) .

5. Choose the appropriate member category

      i. Graduate Category - Bachelor Degree in Procurement and supply programmes or PIII, PIV, PV)
      ii. Technician Category - Diploma in procurement and supply programmes or Foundation Certificate, PI, PII
      iii. Approved Category - CPSP Holder
